The Head for Home Story

Since 1998, we have been providing superior service to our clients, and professional support and cooperation with our colleagues.  During this time we have handled transactions ranging from $87,000 to $6.25 million, all with enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a sincere effort to provide the maximum fiduciary and consultative service to our clients.

Prior to becoming an agent, George was a Sergeant with the Howard County Police Department, and many of our clients and referrals are still generated from his many friends and contacts in that area.  George is a Certified Negotiations Expert, a Certified Distressed Property Expert, a certified e-Pro (Internet Professional), HUD Certified, and At Home with Diversity Certified.

I am a past  member of the Associate Leadership Council (ALC) in my Keller Williams Office.  This group is the equivalent of the Board of Directors, and we are responsible for budgeting, developing policies, and creating a thriving and profitable office.  Selection to the ALC is based upon experience, productivity, and commitment to the profession and the community.

Skill Under Pressure

Our expertise is in marketing and negotiating in the residential real estate arena.  The Head for Home Marketing System, especially the Inside Out Marketing System have been highly effective.  George’s extensive law enforcement experience allows him to maintain a calm and professional demeanor during the many stressful and tumultuous times in the real estate transaction life cycle.  His clients praise his calm under pressure, and appreciate his ability to keep a transaction on course without the drama that is sometimes experienced.

This attention to detail and knowledge of the contract process resulted in George being selected to teach contract classes to new and experienced agents alike.

The Importance of Trust

Our goal is to provide a level of service and value that ensures your success and compels you to tell everyone you know about us.  One of the ways we accomplish that is to make sure that you understand who we are and how we operate.  First and foremost, our efforts are based upon taking Trust to the 3rd level which means:

  • Personal Trust – You can trust us to keep your personal information confidential, to look out for your best interests, and to help you understand the ramifications of your choices.  We look out for you!

  • Professional Trust – You can trust us to stay up-to-date on market conditions, legal and contractual issues, and to continually train and study to provide the most knowledgeable and professional service available, and to work full-time toward your goals.

  • Procedural Trust – You can trust us to have a robust and systematic process for handling your real estate transaction from beginning to end.  From the first listing appointment, or the first home buying tour until settlement, we make sure you have a smooth and successful transaction.

We have seen what can happen when there is low trust.  You’ve seen it too- motives questioned, advice marginalized, anxiety endured.  When you work with the Head for Home Team, we’ll have none of that, because we take trust to the third level!

We look forward to helping you achieve your goals- if you are looking for a skilled, experienced team of agents to help you achieve your goals, then call us and Head for Home!
